What we collect when you register for the Roseate Passport, and why
This notice explains what we collect when you register for the Roseate Passport at ILTM Cannes 2026, why, and what your choices are. It sits alongside the Roseate Hotels & Resorts Privacy Policy, which applies in full.

You have the right to make a complaint at any time to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection (www.ico.org.uk). We would appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns before you approach the ICO, so please contact us in the first instance.
When you register we ask for your name, agency, work email address and country, whether you already have a meeting with us at ILTM, and how often you book UK stays for clients. When your passport is stamped on our stand we record the date and time of your visit and which member of our team stamped it. We also record which link or post you registered from, so we know what reached you.
We do not collect any special categories of personal data.
We may contact you about the administration of the prize draw whatever your marketing preferences.
Your details are held in our own Microsoft 365 systems and seen by the Roseate UK sales and marketing team. We do not share email lists with other organisations and businesses, and we will never release your personal details to any third party for their own marketing purposes. We use third-party providers to host this page and to deliver our emails; they process only what is needed to provide the service and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We keep your registration and stamp record until the prize has been awarded and redeemed, and your contact details for as long as you remain in touch with us or until you ask us to remove them. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to any legal obligation to retain it.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time.
