1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Roseate Hotels & Resorts ("the Promoter").

2. Promotion period

The prize draw will run during ILTM Cannes 2026, from 30 November 2026 until the close of the show on 3 December 2026.

All entries must be received by the closing date and time specified above. Entries received after this deadline will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to professional travel advisors and travel industry representatives aged 18 years or over.
  • Participants must be registered attendees of ILTM Cannes 2026.
  • Participants must complete the required entry process during the promotional period.
  • Employees of Roseate Hotels & Resorts, its participating hotels and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, age and professional affiliation before awarding the prize.

4. How to enter

To enter the prize draw, participants must:

  • Visit the Roseate Hotels & Resorts stand at ILTM Cannes 2026.
  • Participate in the Roseate Hotels & Resorts Passport activity and collect the required stamp(s).
  • Complete the official prize draw registration form, providing the requested contact and professional details.
  • Submit their completed entry before the closing date and time.

Only fully completed and valid entries will be accepted.

There is no purchase necessary to enter the prize draw, and entry is free of charge.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will not increase the chances of winning and may be disqualified.

5. The prize

There will be one winner, who will receive:

  • Three consecutive nights' complimentary accommodation for two adults at one or more of the following participating Roseate Hotels & Resorts properties in the UK: Roseate House London, The Roseate Villa Bath, The Roseate Edinburgh, The Roseate Reading.
  • Daily breakfast for two guests throughout the three-night stay.
  • One afternoon tea experience for two guests during the stay, at one of the participating hotels.

The winner may choose to enjoy their stay at a single participating hotel or split the three nights across multiple participating Roseate properties, subject to availability and the applicable booking conditions.

6. Prize conditions and restrictions

  • The prize is valid for 12 months from the date the winner is notified, with the stay required to take place within this validity period.
  • All stays must be booked in advance and are subject to availability at the selected hotel(s).
  • A minimum of 30 days' advance booking notice is required.
  • The three complimentary nights must be taken consecutively. The winner may split the stay across one or more participating Roseate Hotels & Resorts properties, provided the nights are consecutive and all arrangements are confirmed in advance.
  • The prize is subject to blackout dates, including selected peak periods, major events and dates of exceptionally high demand.
  • The prize includes accommodation in a standard double room for two adults, subject to availability. Room upgrades are not included.
  • Breakfast is included daily for two guests throughout the three-night stay.
  • One afternoon tea experience for two guests is included and must be booked in advance at one of the participating hotels during the prize stay.
  • Any additional food and beverages, treatments, activities, services or expenses not expressly included in the prize are payable by the winner.
  • Travel to and from the selected hotel(s), travel between participating hotels, airport transfers, parking and any other incidental expenses are not included.
  • Any additional nights or accommodation requirements will be charged at the hotel's prevailing rates.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.
  • The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, offer or negotiated rate.
  • Once bookings have been confirmed, any amendments or cancellations will be subject to the applicable hotel booking conditions.

7. Winner selection

  • One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period.
  • The draw will take place within seven days of the close of ILTM Cannes 2026, on or before 10 December 2026.
  • The winner will be selected using a verifiably random computer-generated process or an independent draw supervised by an impartial person.
  • The Promoter's decision regarding the administration of the prize draw will be final, subject to applicable law.

8. Winner notification

  • The winner will be contacted using the email address or telephone number provided at registration within seven working days of the draw.
  • The winner must respond within seven calendar days of the initial notification to confirm acceptance of the prize.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the specified period or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner through a new random draw.
  • The alternative winner will be subject to the same notification and acceptance process.

9. Prize redemption

  • Following confirmation of acceptance, the winner will be provided with instructions on how to arrange their stay.
  • All reservations must be made directly with Roseate Hotels & Resorts through the designated reservations contact.
  • The winner must provide reasonable notice of their preferred dates and selected hotel(s).
  • Where the winner wishes to split the stay across multiple properties, all arrangements must be coordinated and confirmed in advance.
  • The Promoter and participating hotels will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the winner's preferred dates, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
  • The prize must be redeemed within its stated validity period. Any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited after the expiry date.
  • The prize cannot be sold, auctioned, exchanged or transferred to another individual.

10. Data protection and privacy

  • Personal information provided by participants will be collected and processed by Roseate Hotels & Resorts for the purposes of administering the prize draw, contacting the winner and arranging prize fulfilment.
  • Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, where applicable.
  • Participants' information will not be used for unrelated marketing communications without the appropriate consent.
  • Participants may be contacted regarding the administration of the prize draw, irrespective of their marketing preferences.

11. Publicity

The Promoter will not publish the winner's personal details without obtaining the winner's consent.

The winner may be invited to participate in reasonable promotional activity relating to the prize draw, but participation will be entirely voluntary.

12. General conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms & Conditions, provides misleading information or attempts to manipulate the entry process.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary. Any changes will be communicated appropriately and will not be made retrospectively to the detriment of existing valid entries.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed or not successfully submitted due to technical or other issues beyond its reasonable control.
  • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Event disclaimer

This prize draw is organised and administered independently by Roseate Hotels & Resorts. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or officially associated with ILTM Cannes or its organisers.

By entering the prize draw, participants confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
